I am South African and a librarian by profession but have been translating,transcribing and proofreading documents and recordings since 2007. I have done a lot of translation for Medical Research, Court Cases, Literature and Creative Arts. I am passionate about indigenous languages and I have worked with companies that needed translation for business documents so they can reach local audiences. I am a Zulu native speaker who is also fluent in Xhosa (Mom Zulu), so I have done a lot of Xhosa and Zulu - to English translations and transcribing.

This is the second time that I worked with Jeff. The first time was excellent (and my review is below). This second project was much larger, and I don't know what happened - Jeff extended the deadline (no problem) but then didn't deliver for weeks and stopped responding to messages entirely.

Really wonderful experience. Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the translation was perfect and that the voice overs would be exactly what I needed. He was proactive about details he saw to make the end result better. He was also very flexible time wise and made a quicker delivery than was listed,...
