I worked as a Virtual Assistant for Throxy Ltd, where I supported the team with a wide range of technical and administrative tasks. My primary responsibilities included setting up domains, configuring mailboxes, and warming up inactive emails using SmartLead to ensure strong deliverability and engagement. During my time, I managed daily operations across multiple software platforms such as Spaceship, SmartLead, MissionInbox, Hypertide, and Zapmail, ensuring smooth workflows and troubleshooting issues when necessary. I also handled repetitive yet essential software-related tasks that helped maintain consistent system performance. One of the key challenges in this role was managing multiple tools with different interfaces while ensuring inactive emails were warmed up properly without affecting performance. I addressed this by developing a structured workflow and maintaining consistent monitoring, which improved efficiency and reduced downtime. Overall, my contributions helped Throxy Ltd streamline technical processes, maintain healthy email performance, and free up the core team’s time to focus on higher-priority projects.
