As a web director, I gather and analyze client requirements and create the site structure as well as wireframes. I manage the production process by providing instructions to a team of Japanese web designers and front-end engineers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards. I also define the visual style and ensure consistency with the brand identity. As a translator, I work with my business partner and his team of translators and interpreters in Japan. For example, I have translated for an overseas journalist in his interviews, meetings, phone calls and email exchanges with companies, accounting and law firm in Japan.
