Über mich
Hi, I’m Tanzid, with 2.5+ years of work experience. I specialize in 2D floor plans, colored floor plans, and house permit drawings.
I convert sketches, PDFs, or old plans into accurate drawings based on your requirements and provide professional suggestions to improve layout and functionality. If you don’t have a proper sketch, I can create a draft first, confirm it with you, and then proceed.
I’ve completed over 120 projects for 70+ unique clients (inside and outside the market). My goal is to deliver high-quality work and ensure your complete satisfaction.

I am a professional Architect specializing in 2D architectural drafting and floor plan redraw services, with strong expertise in converting hand sketches, PDFs, and old drawings into precise, fully detailed AutoCAD drawings. I have successfully completed 100+ residential and commercial projects, delivering accurate, well-organized, and permit-ready drawings with proper dimensions and scaling. My services include 2D floor plan redraw, architectural drafting, renovation and modification drawings, residential and commercial layout design, and PDF/JPG to CAD conversion.
