Sydney C did a very thorough job of keeping track of my list of potential leads for my company. She documented everything precisely and gave me an itemized report of all of the calls. Excellent work and I will definitely use her again.

My first experience which focused on discovery was great. The notes were detailed. The second which focused on securing a call with potential leads was shocking. Not worth the price. Vague notes with spelling errors. And she keeps upselling even after poor results.

I do not recommend working with Sydney. Honestly it’s a headache. I hired her to make prospecting calls and log the data. Unfortunately, the information she entered was incredibly vague. While she claimed that several prospects requested callbacks at specific times, she failed to log these critical details....
