My first experience which focused on discovery was great. The notes were detailed. The second which focused on securing a call with potential leads was shocking. Not worth the price. Vague notes with spelling errors. And she keeps upselling even after poor results.

I do not recommend working with Sydney. Honestly it’s a headache. I hired her to make prospecting calls and log the data. Unfortunately, the information she entered was incredibly vague. While she claimed that several prospects requested callbacks at specific times, she failed to log these critical details....

thank you, she's good at what she does , despite the fact that i didnt gave her leads, she went ahead and provided her own leads and she deliver a good result and get me 2 appointment, i will be coming to hire her again
