I worked as a CRM and Data Entry Specialist for a growing organization where my primary responsibility was managing customer data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the company's CRM system remained organized, efficient, and up to date. My role required strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with precision. During my time with the company, I was responsible for handling daily CRM operations, including entering customer information, updating existing records, and verifying data accuracy. I regularly processed and organized customer details such as names, contact information, purchase history, communication records, and account updates. One of my key responsibilities was maintaining data quality. I regularly reviewed the CRM system to identify duplicate entries, outdated information, and missing data fields. After identifying inconsistencies, I corrected records and standardized the format of data entries to improve system usability. This process significantly reduced confusion within the team and improved the reliability of the company's customer database.
