I began my career as a Customer Service Representative for Amazon Audible, supporting their largest market, the USA account. I was later transferred to the UK account and subsequently selected as one of the first support agents for the launch of the Canada account. Due to my exceptional KPI performance, strong attention to detail, and consistent delivery of high-quality support, I was promoted to Quality Control. In this role, I oversaw a team of 13 agents, monitored and maintained KPI performance, coordinated additional training initiatives, and provided ongoing coaching and support to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. This began my career in customer service, with additional training and courses I branched into business administration.
