As Director of IT, I lead the technology function end-to-end — spanning IT operations, service management, R&D, IT consulting, SLA creation, and project management. I own both the strategy and the hands-on delivery of the systems our business runs on. IoT: Deploy IoT solutions on Thingsboard for connected-device use cases.
