I specialise in nervous system regulation using a body-first approach. Rather than starting with analysis or mindset work, sessions begin by working directly with physiological reactions — breath patterns, muscle tension, internal activation levels and safety responses. Through somatic exercises, gentle movement, acupressure and regulation techniques, clients learn how to bring the body out of survival mode into a stable, grounded state. Once the nervous system is calmer, we address emotional patterns and behaviours. This makes change sustainable, because reactions are no longer driven by automatic stress responses. I work with people experiencing chronic tension, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking or recurring relationship triggers. Many intellectually understand their reactions but cannot influence them in the moment, our work focuses on changing that in real-life situations. The coaching is also informed by attachment theory, helping clients recognise their relational patterns and develop more secure ways of responding in connection with others. The goal is practical: feeling calmer day-to-day, responding instead of reacting, improving communication and building stable emotional regulation.
