I've used another top-rated cold-call service on OfferUp for this purpose, so had some expectations going into this. However, Karen-Ann delivered exceptional work that I was not expecting. Unfortunately, the campaign failed because of her. There were no results; she told me there were 60 calls with "no answer," but when I called those numbers myself, they answered. Thanks for help!

I submitted 201 leads for her to phone & i asked her to get electric bill from the leads that she phones. she didn't convert one lead. and she went through the list 146 leads were no answer. So basically she didn't get anyone on the phone to talk to from the whole list which i feel is a waist of $. Also...

After going thru the file I sent twice to verify that the contacts were correct & were updated. I gave her multiple new phone numbers to contact and none of them were contacted instead she called the numbers that were unanswered the first time which resulted in absolutely nothing the second set of calls...

I hired Karen to make 200 cold calls to potential commercial clients. She completed all the calls and provided me with a good number of follow-up opportunities by email. She also made callbacks to interested prospects. We weren’t able to close any clients this round, but that’s the nature of cold calling...
