Just what I was looking for! Proactive, organized and was able to easily follow along with a live spreadsheet. After going thru the file I sent twice to verify that the contacts were correct & were updated. I gave her multiple new phone numbers to contact and none of them were contacted instead she called the numbers that were unanswered the first time which resulted in absolutely nothing the second set of calls...
