I deliver Investor Readiness Reviews for founders preparing to raise. Each one covers the Investor Deck and produces a full written Findings Report on how the Deck reconciles with the brand story and the financials, with every inconsistency listed and how to fix it. Recent examples (added to my profile Portfolio) include an Investor Readiness Review for a B2B FinTech ahead of a raise, reframing a hospitality platform’s bridge loan that was positioned wrongly and going to the wrong investors, and raising capital for a founder acquiring distressed hotels to refurbish, rebrand and sell as a group. I also host exclusive invitation-only Investor Evenings in Mayfair London, and live pitching events for founders.

I work with founders from the point an idea needs testing through to the point a business needs to scale. Most people come to me stuck somewhere in between, with something that works but no clear route to making it bigger. Idea validation and market positioning. Whether the thing being built is wanted, who it is for, what it should cost, and how it should be positioned against everyone else already doing something similar. I would rather tell a founder early that the idea needs reshaping than watch them spend a year finding out. Growth strategy. I work through operations, financial projections and organisational structure to find where the growth actually comes from, then build a plan the founder can execute rather than a document that sits in a drawer. This covers pricing, customer acquisition, channel strategy and where the margin is being lost. Brand and proposition. What the business says about itself, why anyone should believe it, and whether the story holds up against what the numbers say. Brand development, messaging and the positioning that makes a business easier to sell and easier to fund. Operational structure. Building the systems, workflows and team structure that let a founder step out of the day to day. I have set these up inside my own businesses and inside clients’, and I am comfortable doing the implementation rather than only advising on it.
