FAQ
Do you test on real physical devices or emulators?
I test exclusively on real iOS and Android physical devices (phones and tablets) to ensure accurate real-world results.
How do I provide access to my app for testing?
You can send an APK/AAB file for Android, an IPA file or TestFlight link for iOS, or an Expo/web build link along with test credentials (login/passwords).
What is included in the bug report?
You will receive a structured report (Excel/PDF) detailing each bug, its severity level, step-by-step instructions to reproduce it, device specifications, screenshots, and video recordings (Standard/Premium tiers).
Do you test both iOS and Android apps?
Yes, I test apps on both operating systems to ensure cross-platform consistency and functionality.
Can you test web apps or hybrid apps?
Yes, I can test mobile web applications, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), and hybrid mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, etc.).
What if I fix the bugs later? Do you offer re-testing?
Re-testing is included for free in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard tiers, re-testing can be added as a gig extra.
Is my app data and project confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your application build, user data, and project information are kept strictly confidential.
