Architected a country-scale Order-of-Battle command-and-control (C2) simulator - fully offline and air-gapped - pairing real-time 2D tactical maps (MIL-STD-2525 symbology) with a 3D terrain engine built on OpenLayers, MapLibre, deck.gl and Cesium. - Built the nationwide geospatial ETL behind it - terrain, satellite imagery, roads and urban data - with fully offline place-search and route navigation feeding the 3D engine at 30+ FPS. - Led a 10-person team of developers and a project manager, owning the architecture documentation from system and solution design down to code-level standards, with sprint-based Agile delivery. - Specified and procured the full delivery stack - air-gapped servers, projection hardware, multi-surface displays - and installed operational simulators into high-security, offline sites.

Architected the group's high-availability enterprise SSO platform on Keycloak (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, custom Java modules), running on Kubernetes and scaled to 100,000+ users at 99.9% uptime across multiple products. - Served on the core engineering team of a Layer-1 blockchain (customized Ethereum fork) - built its multi-signature Safe wallet, block explorer, and token-staking and pricing systems, shipping production Solidity contracts. - Designed and built a custom Web2.5 authentication layer on the same chain - users sign in by email and an ERC-4337 smart-contract wallet is created for them on-chain, removing the seed-phrase barrier. - Built a time-series data layer on InfluxDB and TimescaleDB for telemetry and analytics, with real-time dashboards.
