I have been working virtually with S&W Decore Ltd for the past three years, managing and developing the company’s Amazon UK business. In December 2023, I created and launched the company’s Amazon.co.uk seller account and managed its growth from the beginning. My responsibilities include registering and managing the S&W Decore brand, creating and optimizing Amazon product listings, researching keywords, improving titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms, and managing product content for better visibility and conversion. I also set up and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns, including campaign creation, keyword targeting, bid management, budget control, performance monitoring, and regular optimization. I continuously analyze PPC data to improve advertising efficiency, increase sales, and maintain profitable campaign performance. In addition, I manage day-to-day Amazon operations, including order management, customer service, A-to-Z claims, Amazon Seller Support cases, listing issues, account-related matters, and overall marketplace support. I have also worked on improving customer experience and review performance by addressing customer concerns and following Amazon’s policies regarding feedback and reviews. Through consistent account management, listing optimization, PPC optimization, and operational support, I have helped S&W Decore Ltd significantly grow its Amazon UK business. The account has now reached £50,000+ in monthly sales, demonstrating the impact of the ongoing work and strategic management.
