I have built and integrated point of sale systems for US restaurants and retail stores since 2020, including custom terminal apps on Sunmi and Pax hardware.
What I integrate:

Yes. I build local-first with a local database, so checkout continues during internet outages, then syncs when the connection returns.

Yes, included in Premium. It manages inventory and reporting across multiple terminals.
