Designed and implemented a European VAT compliance system supporting hundreds of entities and registrations. Combined process design, financial data, controls and technology to replace fragmented manual work with scalable solutions. Developed automation and validation tools, improved processes across countries and worked with finance, tax and IT stakeholders. Entered the field without a VAT background and rapidly developed the domain knowledge required to design and deliver the solution.
