I am currently working as a Freelance Bookkeeper and Reconciliation Specialist, managing Amazon and Shopify order reconciliation along with complete bookkeeping in Odoo. My responsibilities include reconciling Amazon seller orders with payouts, fees, refunds, and settlements to ensure accurate financial records. I also handle Shopify order reconciliation by matching orders with payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and bank deposits. In Odoo, I manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including sales recording, expense categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, invoice management, and financial reporting. I ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner. I have experience handling high-volume transactions, cleaning duplicate entries, importing bulk CSV data, and maintaining organized financial records. My work helps businesses maintain accurate books, track profitability, and prepare for tax reporting.
