Mention if there is any special area to address. Your file should contain all relevant information required to prepare the manuscript.   

I will prepare your document based on the information given. The provided data/information will be described in text or tabulated form depending upon the nature of the document and your requirements.  

Following will be the general features of the write-up; 

Font type: one among the standard word font types 

Font size: usually 12 if not specified otherwise 

Line spacing: single 

Page orientation: portrait 

Word count: as shown by the word page  

I will send you the first draft based on your provided information. You will review it and send me back with your observations. I will rework and submit the second draft after doing necessary editing based upon your feedback. Then, I will prepare the third and final document for you.
