Worked with an individual client to develop a fully detailed, 3D printable car model tailored for both resin and FDM printing. The project involved building the model from scratch with accurate proportions, followed by advanced optimization for print success. I ensured the entire model was watertight and manifold eliminating all mesh errors that typically cause slicing failures. The car was structured into separable parts (body, wheels, interior components) to simplify printing, reduce support complexity and improve overall print quality. Additionally, I corrected normals removed intersecting geometry and optimized polygon density to balance high detail with smooth slicer performance. The final result was a clean production ready STL file that allowed the client to print efficiently without post processing issues or model repairs.
