Let Me Introduce Myself

My name is Zaman an Architect and Site Planner with a strong focus on designing Business Parks and Industrial Parks.

I am the co-founder of OBBOY Architects, an architectural design and planning firm based in Dhaka. I've been helping designing functional, well-organized, and presentation-ready layout plans for large-scale developments for my clients.

I specialize in creating efficient and fire traffic movement-conscious site layout plans that balance circulation, land use, and operational needs. My experience covers planning for logistics hubs, warehouse parks, light industrial campuses, and mixed-use business zones.
