I've kept Oracle databases running for Bank of Canada, CIBC, Scotiabank, FIS and the Canadian federal government for over 20 years. My specialty is GoldenGate replication and zero downtime migrations, including moving 300+ databases to Exadata without an outage. I also do a lot of performance tuning with AWR and ASH, plus RAC, Data Guard, RMAN and SQL Server work.
