I have been running my own independent law firm since the past 2 years, have a total of 4+ years of experience, managing an office and a successful team under me. I have worked with startups on their transactions at almost all the stages that a business goes through- from incorporation to Series A, B. I also have a running litigation practice, appearing in Delhi High Court and District Courts of Delhi on behalf of my clients on various matters. I have worked with startups on reviewing their contracts from US based accelerator programs like YC, ERA etc. I have reviewed SAFE contracts for startups, helped EU and US based businesses setup subsidiaries in India. I am constantly advising international businesses who are planning to enter Indian Markets. I help HNI NRIs on real estate transactions based in Delhi NCR area, verifying title documents, POAs handling transactions. I have also helped international EU based clients with entering agreements and contracts with manufacturers based in India for their businesses and handled complete setup of these transactions. Currently on retainer with multiple Indian startups and young businesses, including a Hotel Chain advising them regularly on their transactions and negotiations, entering employment agreements, vendor agreements etc. I am one of the few lawyers in India, who are specialized in DPDP Act of India, the Indian equivalent of EU and UK's GDPR Law. I help startups/ Saas companies and young online businesses be completely compliant with privacy laws of Europe, India, UK, Singapore, Dubai and US. I also have a network of lawyers throughout India and Internationally helping clients setup their business entities even outside India.
