Worked at the hotel front desk and progressed to an Assistant Manager role. My responsibilities included front desk operations, customer service and communication, training and supervising front desk staff, and managing and training housekeeping staff. I also handled sales activities with contracted companies, confirmation work for new hotels, and management of the hotel's blog, website, and contracted booking sites. When international guests visited, I provided interpretation and translation services not only for the hotel but also for the restaurants and event facilities operated by the company.
