As Creative Director for Fashion Revolution Bulgaria, I am responsible for shaping the organisation’s creative vision and ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all channels. I oversee the development of our visual identity, storytelling, and campaign concepts, translating global Fashion Revolution messaging into engaging content tailored to the Bulgarian context. Key responsibilities: • Lead the creative direction and visual strategy for campaigns, social media, and educational materials • Design graphics, branding assets, event visuals, and multimedia content aligned with Fashion Revolution’s guidelines • Develop and manage concepts for national projects and annual campaigns, including Fashion Revolution Week • Plan and execute events, including ideation, thematic development, branding, logistics coordination, and on-site organisation • Collaborate with partners, designers, makers, and local stakeholders to expand community engagement • Support advocacy and awareness efforts through clear, accessible and purposeful communication • Ensure all creative outputs reflect Fashion Revolution’s values of transparency, justice, and sustainability In this role, I combine creative strategy, design expertise, and event organisation to help build a stronger, more visible movement for a fair, safe, and sustainable fashion industry in Bulgaria.

Additionally, I created a game design document. - Developing marketing materials for mobile games, which included exporting images in various sizes according to specifications using Photoshop. - Providing assistance with design solutions and creating necessary PowerPoint presentations, documents, or posters for the company's needs. I also created videos, animations, and layouts for specific projects. - Managing correspondence through email and organizing the work environment using tools such as Outlook, Airtable, Miro, and various communication platforms. - Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, making decisions, and exchanging ideas to contribute to the company’s development.
