Confection & Shaping: Inflated green tubes on custom jigs to verify lofting (±5mm tolerance); heat-formed curves (e.g., bow buoyancy cones) via steam boxes or vacuum bags, achieving seamless toroids without folds. Hull Integration: Prepped aluminum/fiberglass transoms (blast/sand, 2K primer); bonded tubes with RFD glue strips (50mm wide), torqued inflation fittings (Brass Boston valves, 25-30 Nm), and load-tested at 150% design pressure.
