I work as a freelance FiveM developer specializing in custom MLO interiors, 3D props, and animation systems. I design and build immersive environments using Blender, Sollumz, and CodeWalker, ensuring high-quality visuals and optimized performance for roleplay servers. My work includes creating detailed interiors such as criminal organization headquarters, commercial spaces, and custom facilities, along with implementing proper portals, collisions, and streaming setups. I also develop and integrate custom animations with Lua scripting, ensuring smooth interaction between players and in-game props. I consistently focus on clean workflow, problem-solving, and optimization, handling issues such as portal glitches, collision bugs, and animation synchronization.
