My work consists of the preparation of construction drawing sets for the building of prefabricated homes, as well as the creation of renders for their marketing and advertising. The development of these technical documents must be carried out with a high level of precision, ensuring the correct fabrication of each housing component and guaranteeing that the production process in the factory is executed accurately and efficiently.

I have developed a comprehensive set of construction details for a waterproofing product catalog, with the goal of providing customers and contractors with a clear, standardized guide that enables them to follow the proper procedures for the correct installation of various components of the project. The documentation includes technical specifications, assembly details, animations, and installation guidelines that help ensure quality in the construction processes.
