I collaborated with Transamerica to develop an e-learning system that provided their employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively. Working closely with the team, we designed and implemented a comprehensive platform that made training more accessible and convenient for their workforce. The e-learning system allowed employees to access training materials and complete courses online, improving the overall efficiency of the training process. In addition, I created a knowledge base within the intranet system that contained valuable information about Transamerica's policies, procedures, and culture, enabling employees to quickly find the information they needed to succeed in their roles. Our work together was instrumental in enhancing Transamerica's training and development programs. The intranet system that I developed was a crucial step forward in providing employees with the resources they needed to succeed in their roles, contributing to the company's overall success.

I worked closely with the Volvo CE team to identify the specific learning needs of their employees. As a web developer with extensive experience in WordPress and e-learning platforms, I was thrilled to take on the challenge of developing a custom LMS website for Netflix's Cali Intervention series. With LearnDash as the backbone of the platform, I designed and developed a user-friendly and visually engaging website that met the specific needs of the show's producers and viewers. The development process began with a detailed analysis of the requirements and goals for the website. Based on this, I created wireframes and mockups to ensure that the design and user experience were intuitive and optimized for learning. From there, I built a custom WordPress theme that incorporated the design elements and functionality necessary for the LMS platform.
