Warnings are displayed for visitors; Google can warn others about your site; and hosting companies can suspend hacked accounts without any prior warning. Most 'quick fix' hacks only remove the visible malware; they do not fix the backdoors that allow for reinfections.
I perform a manual clean of both WordPress and Joomla sitesand everything from the database through the root folder of your web host.
What I will do:
- Remove all malware, injection scripts, and hidden backdoors.
- Clean up any database entries that might have been infected.
- Recover from any Google Blacklist alerts.
- Secure any vulnerable files and their permissions.
- Restore the normal operation of your site.
All cleanups are done manually. All infected files are inspected and cleaned.
What you'll need to provide:
- Website URL
- Admin or hosting access (FTP/cPanel/WP login)
- Any warning messages received.

How long does cleanup take?
Most cleanups finish within 24–48 hours. Heavily reinfected sites may take longer — I’ll give you a real timeline after the initial assessment, not a guess.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin login plus FTP or cPanel access. On managed hosting, admin access alone is usually enough. I’ll confirm before we start.
Will my site go offline during cleanup?
Usually not. Cleanup happens on live files without taking the site down. If a maintenance window is needed, I’ll tell you first.
Do you use automated tools?
Automated scanners for initial detection only. The actual removal is manual — every infected file and backdoor reviewed and cleaned by hand.
What if the site gets reinfected?
Post-cleanup hardening is included in every package. If the site is reinfected within 30 days due to something on my end, I’ll reclean at no extra cost.
Does this work on Joomla too?
Yes. Mention that before ordering so I can confirm scope and access requirements.
Can you remove a Google blacklist warning?
Yes. Once the site is clean, I submit a Search Console review request. Google typically processes it within 24–72 hours.
What if my host suspended the account?
Most hosts restore access temporarily for cleanup. I can guide you through that, or work from a backup if needed.
