Will you need access to my AWS account?
It depends on the issue. Some problems can be resolved through screen sharing or guidance without direct access. If access is required, please use a temporary IAM user or role with only the permissions necessary for the task. Never share your AWS root credentials or passwords.
Can you guarantee that every AWS issue will be fixed?
