This was a contract role I worked on for Google as the client, where I tested their store website UI and reported critical defects and delivered work on time. I worked on the test plans in Excel, recording all possible test scenarios applicable for the product launches, alongwith raising defects in internal environments, adding evidences for the same, and eventually supporting launches with real-time post-prod support.
