What software do you use, and what file formats will I receive?
I primarily use SolidWorks for all 3D modeling and 2D drawings. I can deliver your files in any format you need, including STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, STL, and native SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM/.SLDDRW).
What information do you need from me to start the project?
Ideally, I need a sketch, reference image, rough dimensions, or an existing file (even a hand drawing works). The more detail you provide (intended use, materials, tolerances), the more accurate and efficient the design process will be.
Can you design a part from just a photo or hand-drawn sketch?
