The art didn't really meet my expectations, and I doubt revisions would solve it. They were polite and responded whenever they could, but I expected a much better quality and understanding based on their high rating. If you work with them, make sure they understand you completely and that they don't rush it.

Quoted 8 days, waited till the last minute to begin (they send you a message when they're starting), product looked and was clearly rushed to meet deadline....
