I will create a personalised 4 week swim training plan tailored to your goals, current level, pool access, and weekly availability. You will receive a clear session by session plan that you can take straight to the pool.
This is suitable for adult swimmers, Masters swimmers, triathletes, and strong child swimmers who want structure outside of club sessions, for example during a break or when training independently.
Each package includes similar levels of detail and personalisation. The main difference is the number of sessions per week, which allows for more training volume, session types, and faster progression over the 4 weeks.
Packages:
-Basic: 4 week plan up to 2 sessions per week
-Standard: 4 week plan up to 4 sessions per week
-Premium: 4 week plan up to 6 sessions per week
Plans can be built around your pool length and any equipment you have, such as pull buoy, paddles, fins, board, or snorkel. If you are training for an event, I can tailor the plan around that too.
Optional extras are available, incl. chat support, a mid plan check in and adjustment, additional weeks, and an initial consultation call. If you are unsure which package to choose, drop me a message.

Who is this plan for?
This plan is suitable for adult swimmers, Masters swimmers, triathletes, and strong child swimmers who want structured sessions outside of club training or during a break.
What is the difference between Basic, Standard and Premium?
All packages include similar levels of detail and personalisation. The difference is the number of sessions per week, so higher packages include more sessions and allow for greater training volume, variance, and progression over 4 weeks.
Do you include technique and drills?
Yes. Plans can include technique focused sessions and drills as well as fitness and speed work. This really depends on your specific goals and current level.
Can you tailor the plan for triathlon training?
Yes. I can tailor sessions for triathlon swim fitness and efficiency, including pacing, endurance, and technique priorities. The plan as standard will be for pool training, but if you have open water training available to you, please drop me a message and we can discuss your needs.
What information do you need from me?
Your current level, goals, how many times per week you can swim (and the duration of these sessions), pool length, any upcoming event, and what equipment you have available. Any usual paces or recent sessions would be helpful to see as well. Any recent times are helpful but optional.
Is this ongoing coaching?
This gig provides a 4 week training plan. If you would like support while following it, you can add extras such as chat support, a mid plan check in and adjustment, additional weeks, or an initial consultation call. Alternatively, please message prior to ordering and we can discuss your needs.
