I'd highly recommend Deepak, I had a very small job, making corrections to a completed epub and pdf, the kind of thing many designers might not have bothered with. But he responded almost instantly to my inquiry, and his turnaround was super fast. He did everything I asked and answered all my questions. I'd definitely use him again.
