IT Specialist – NSIA Position Description: As an IT Specialist at the National Statistics and Information Authority (NSIA), I provide technical support and maintain IT systems, computer networks, hardware, software, and information technology infrastructure. My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, maintaining network connectivity, installing and configuring hardware and software, ensuring data and system security, and assisting with the smooth operation of digital services and information systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT technical support to staff and users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment. Monitor and maintain network connectivity and related devices. Support user accounts, access, and system configurations. Perform basic network and system security tasks. Maintain IT equipment and keep technical records. Assist with data management and information systems. Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex IT issues. Provide training and guidance to staff on basic IT operations.
