• Comprehensive study of the project specifications, the scope of work, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), drawings, a commission of project documents upon receipt of the project • Manage / consolidates quotation inquiries to possible subcontractors and suppliers. • Prepare cost Comparison reports for material/subcontract selections, and forward to line manager for final selection/agreement. • Manage to collect material inquiry data / initial contract negotiations / formulate (draft/final) contractual agreement for sub-contract process and gain final decision by line management before issuing final documents to the supplier. • Follow-up of all submittals like sub-contractor prequalification's/material submittals/shop drawings/design and taking approval from a consultant. • Follow up on all submittals with Estidama QPP Engineer and fill the required criteria for Estidama. • Preparing and Ensuring the progress as per project Quality plan and method of statements, checklist, and ITP coordinating with line manager • Control and monitor the test result for material to be used in the site • To coordinate with the Clients / Project Management Team / Consultants to resolve site quality-related problems. • Creating and maintaining a QA/QC awareness culture and effective use of standards in the project. • Ensuring complete, correct, and traceable QA/QC documentation like material inspections, site inspections, RFI, KPI, etc. All corresponding logs for any internal/external audit. • Monitoring and reporting the quality status and follow-up of non-conformance / Corrective actions/site observation reports. • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Supervision of Concrete Works, Rebar Fixing, involved in QA/QC activities, Conducting Testing of Concrete, and all other specified tests. • To ensure all inspection/testing required are carried out and approved procedures before covering up any activity.
