The frontend, built with React, delivers a responsive and user-friendly interface where users can filter, drill down, and analyze key metrics. The backend, developed in .NET Core, handles complex data processing, aggregation, and API services, while SQL Server manages structured data storage and retrieval. It includes user management, authentication, and real-time call handling, along with monitoring and logging features that rely on SQL tables to track call performance and usage statistics. The solution emphasizes high availability, call quality optimization, and secure communication through encryption, access control, and secure database transactions. This Medical Appointment Application is a web-based platform designed to simplify scheduling and managing doctor appointments for patients and healthcare providers. The system allows patients to create accounts, browse available doctors or specialists, view available time slots, and book appointments efficiently. Doctors and clinic administrators can manage their schedules, approve or reschedule appointments, and track patient interactions through an easy-to-use dashboard. The backend, developed in PHP, handles appointment logic, notifications, and user management, while the frontend, built with React, provides a responsive interface for seamless booking experiences.
