Founder of WEPOP Growth (WEPOP LLC), specializing in WordPress website development, local SEO, and HighLevel lead-conversion systems for home-service businesses, contractors, detailers, and other local companies. I have built and worked on real business websites, including Allure Detail (mobile auto detailing), JCS Home Renovation (home improvement), Las Vegas Wallcoverings (specialty installation), Risk Coverage Insurance (insurance education and lead generation), and WEPOP Growth. Each project requires a different customer journey, service structure, conversion strategy, and local search approach. My website work goes beyond choosing a theme. I use WordPress, Divi, and Elementor to build responsive pages, clear service navigation, internal linking, quote-request forms, and calls to action. I also work with on-page and technical SEO, including headings, metadata, URL structure, schema where appropriate, and local service-area relevance. I approach SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) as connected content and site-structure disciplines: pages should help search engines understand each service, answer real customer questions directly, and make business information easy for search and AI-assisted discovery systems to interpret. No rankings or AI mentions are guaranteed. That approach led me to develop WEPOP's own reusable, search-first home-service website template. Instead of building a generic brochure site, it organizes content around Home → Service Category → Main Service → Sub-Service, with location pages, FAQs, reviews, and conversion-focused calls to action. The structure is expandable as a business adds services or markets. I also configure HighLevel CRM pipelines, landing pages, appointment booking, SMS/email follow-up, review-request automation, and AI receptionist workflows. My goal is to connect discovery, inquiry, and follow-up—not just deliver a website and walk away.
