Über mich
I played competitive football up to the 3rd tier of Czech football and came through a professional youth academy — so I've lived the training, the pressure, and the demands of the game from the inside.
After a serious knee injury sidelined me, I turned that setback into focus: I'm now studying sport science with an emphasis on conditioning, strength training, and recovery.
I build training plans around what football really demands — speed, agility, explosiveness, and smart injury prevention — tailored to your position, level, and goals.
Let's build a plan that actually gets you results.
