I will do video editing for you

I refuse to edit content: whose creation is illegal or promotes crime; that is overtly sexual/indecent; that promotes hate speech and discrimination; and that is politically or religiously biased. If the content in an order fits this, then I will ask for its removal or the cancellation of the order.

If your video is over 1 hour, a custom order will likely be required in order for me to fulfill your request. Notify me up front and we can discuss what the order will look like given its circumstances.

I use Shotcut, a free open-source video editing program.

I work whenever I am able to. There could be times where, for reasons out of my control, I am unable to work on an order. If I am unable to work during a certain time, I will ensure that my client is notified. If needed, I will ask for a delay or cancellation of an order because of this.

I’m at liberty to take holidays off, including multiple days for certain holidays. I will not be required to work on my birthday, April 11th. If I do not or am unable to work during a certain time I will notify my client. If needed, I will ask for a delay or cancellation of an order because of this.

If an order(s) is determined to have been done accidentally and/or incorrectly, the client who placed the order(s) is entitled to a cancellation and refund. An order(s) is not considered an accident when the client confirms the details of an order(s) and that everything is as they desire via chat.

If a client wishes to change the tier of their order(s) after the order(s) has already been placed, their current order(s) will have to be canceled, which will refund their money, and they will have to place the order(s) again for their now desired tier.

If a client finds the result of their order(s) unsatisfactory, I will ask why. If their reasoning is acceptable, and it cannot be fixed, then they can cancel the order(s) and be refunded. If a client is refunded for unsatisfactory service, and a product has already been produced, they can’t use it.
