When I joined, the MALL marketplace catalogue had grown without a clear management system. Product data was scattered, there was no reliable overview of live products, catalogue updates were inconsistent, and discontinued or unavailable items could remain active. I introduced a structured approach to catalogue and marketplace operations: rebuilding listings, tracking live products and product status, managing seasonality and inactivity, cleaning the assortment, and creating regular catalogue-control processes. During my first 12 months managing the MALL marketplaces: • Revenue increased from €347,663 to €731,784 • Orders increased from 14,285 to 26,561 • Profit increased from €83,551 to €180,724 while maintaining ~25% margin • Catalogue reduced from ~1,200 to ~800 actively managed products • 800+ listings rebuilt and optimized Today I manage around 800 live SKUs on Mimovrste/MALL.HR, with additional hands-on experience on eMAG and Kaufland. My role now increasingly focuses on process improvement: identifying repetitive manual work, defining business logic and data requirements, and working with internal IT/development teams to build practical in-house tools and workflows that save time and improve decision-making. I also work across purchasing, IT, finance, customer support and operations to investigate marketplace problems, identify root causes and coordinate solutions.
