I run the YouTube and Instagram content pipeline for Extramarks, producing 100 to 150 videos every month across long form, Shorts and Reels. I write the hooks and scripts, direct faculty on camera, voice the content when it needs a voice, and sign off the final edit. I coordinate a team of 6 faculty and 5 editors, and I cut our production turnaround by 25%. Some of the work I'm proud of: the Kickoff series with Arsenal, Campus Diaries at IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi, and B2B campaign content with the marketing team. I also record explainers, e-learning modules and web ads.
