Über diesen Service
Hiring is taking too long. You're reviewing profiles that don't match. Your pipeline is full of noise and short on real candidates.
That's the problem I solve.
I run targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proprietary databases to find candidates who actually fit your role, not just candidates who applied.
What you get:
Tailored sourcing strategy based on your job description and requirements Candidates sourced from LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche databases Resume screening against your must-have criteria Text or async pre-screening to confirm salary, availability, and motivation Shortlist of qualified, interested candidates delivered with notes
Why work with me:
Expert-Vetted on Upwork and Top-Rated on Fiverr 900+ placements across FinTech, Web3, AI/ML, SaaS, and iGaming 21-day average time-to-fill 90-day replacement guarantee
I don't send you a spreadsheet of names. Every candidate on your shortlist has been screened and has confirmed interest in moving forward.
Not sure which package fits your situation?
Message me with your job description, and I will recommend the right approach before you order.
