I turn coffee and logic into magic
Über diesen Service
Hi, I will install and configure a fully functional email server on Linux allowing you to send as many emails as your server can handle!
A basic mailserver consists of at least an SMTP server but I will set up a complete solution consisting of many more components including:
- SMTP + IMAP Server (Essentials)
- Security & Performance Optimizations
- DKIM, DMARC, SPF, PTR Configuration
- Spam Filtering (SpamAssassin / Rspamd)
- Virus Scanning (ClamAV)
- PostfixAdmin (Control Panel for easier management)
- Webmail Client (Roundcube, Rainloop, etc.)
- Bulk Sending / Marketing Tools (Listmonk, Mautic, etc.)
and much more!
DISCLAIMER: New mail servers initially face deliverability challenges until they develop some sender reputation due to spammers. This is a normal process and I will guide you on best practices to improve it and I will also warmup your server's IP for a good start! For more details, check the FAQ below.
Please contact me before placing an order so we can discuss your project to ensure everything meet your requirements. I am available, feel free to message me anytime!

FAQ
What does it mean by deliverability issues?
It means that recipient mail servers will put your emails into a user's spam folder or some email servers (outlook, icloud 👀) might even outright reject your emails until you develop a strong sender reputation.
Why do new mail servers face deliverability issues?
Because of spammers! However, as you constantly send legitimate emails and gradually reach a daily volume of 100+ emails and you're not actually spamming people lol, your sender reputation will significantly improve leading to a much higher inbox placement.
How do I improve my sender reputation?
You just have to follow some best practices: 1- Gradually increase your email volume 2- Only send emails to people who opted-in to receive them 3- Always include an unsubscribe link in newsletters / promo emails 3- Gracefully handle unsubscribes 4- Make sure your email doesn't look like spam
What does the terms SMTP, IMAP means ?
These are the core components of an email server. The SMTP server is like the postman guy that delivers or receives the email from the internet. The IMAP server is like the post office that keeps emails organized into each user's mailbox.
How many emails can I send?
You can send as many as your server can handle. It mostly depends on how fast and stable the internet connection is on your server. A server having a stable connection with speeds of 100Mbps can probably deliver hundreds of small typical (5 kb - 50 kb) emails in a given moment.
What are the system requirements?
It is recommended that you have a 1- Computer or server with a Linux OS ( Ubuntu, Debian ) 2- 2GB Ram ( recommend 4GB or more ) 3- 2 or more CPU Cores 4- 10GB Storage ( depends on how many emails you want to store ) 5- Port 25 shouldn't be blocked ( some hosting providers block this port )
