Disappointing experience. I ended up providing my own design just to move the project along, yet the seller still failed to fix basic alignment issues. Furthermore, I was sent a JPG for a favicon instead of the standard transparent PNG or ICO files. Communication was okay, but the technical execution and attention to detail were not at a professional level.
