Led the tech team of a multi-tenant CRM SaaS used daily by 3 large enterprise clients with many sales advisors (team of 4 engineers). Stack: Django, PostgreSQL, Celery, WebSockets on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront) with Terraform. Built bank integrations (OAuth + mTLS), ERP, WhatsApp Business and LLM features. Cut slow list views from ~17 s to under 1 s (N+1 queries, indexes, caching). Set up CI on GitHub Actions that runs only the tests each change touches, and CodePipeline deploys with a Python Lambda that invalidates the CloudFront cache.

Built and maintained Python and Django microservices on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) with PostgreSQL, Docker and GitLab CI/CD, plus OAuth2/JWT auth. On the credit core for a Colombian digital bank, caught an interest-capitalization defect (interest charged on unpaid interest) that an external compliance review had missed; escalated it with the numbers and it was fixed before launch with zero customers affected.
