Do I need to give you access to my systems?
For debugging gigs, yes — SSH, kubeconfig, or AWS read-only credentials. All credentials are used only for your project and deleted after delivery. I never make changes without telling you first.
How quickly can you start?
Within a few hours of receiving your order requirements. For urgent issues, message me before ordering and I'll prioritize you. I respond within 1 hour.
