Is the onboarding checklist customized to my property?
Yes. I tailor the checklist to your property’s workflows, team structure and service standards. We can clarify the key details during the consultation and through the materials you provide.
What happens during the consultation?
We’ll review your current onboarding process, front desk responsibilities, systems, recurring challenges and what you want new hires to learn. I’ll use that information to structure the final checklist.
Do I need to have existing SOPs or training documents?
No. Existing documents are helpful, but not required. If you already have SOPs, notes or policies, I can use them as reference. Otherwise, we can map the essentials together.
What will I receive?
You’ll receive a clear, customized front desk onboarding checklist based on the package selected, organized around key training stages such as Day 1, Week 1 and Day 30.
Can you include my PMS or booking system?
Yes. I can include PMS-related onboarding steps based on your workflow and the information you provide. I do not provide technical software training itself.
Can you create the document in English and Spanish?
Yes. Bilingual English–Spanish delivery is available with the Premium package.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the agreed structure or content. Major changes in scope may require an additional service.
Is this only for hotels?
No. I can adapt the checklist for boutique hotels, hostels, guesthouses, serviced apartments and similar hospitality properties.
